Join Kelly for an uplifting afternoon of inversion play. This workshop will explore the strength & body awareness that inversions require. We'll kick things off with a vinyasa-based practice designed to get you connected to your center line and all the parts of your body that support you when you're upside down.
This workshop will focus on forearm balance and handstand. There will be plenty of time for various prep poses as well as practicing a variety of ways to get into them. No prior inversion experience necessary and everyone is welcome.
