In this 2 hour session, Stacia will lead a 75 minute vinyasa practice that flows into 45 minutes dedicated to teaching you a loving kindness mindfulness practice. Wondering what that is? It is developing positive, personal affirmations followed by a guided meditation.
Having compassion for ourselves sometimes feels harder than having compassion for others. And yet when we practice being kind and gentle with ourselves, we can reduce our emotional suffering and more fully connect with others.
