Teen Yoga

A good number of parents think a Teen Basics Class is a good idea.  So, let's have one!

Stacia looks forward to welcoming your teenager to introduce them to yoga fundamentals.  Focus on the physical (breath, alignment & moving with awareness) along with the mental focus (stress relief, connection & compassion) will be at the heart of this special class.

This will be a one hour class for teens only.  Please bring a mat, towel & water.  

Regular drop in class rate applies.  You may also transfer a class from your series.  Sorry, unlimited yoga series are not shareable.
