Based on the positive response from the teens at the first Teen Yoga Basics class, we will host another one.
Stacia will once again welcome your teenager and introduce them to yoga fundamentals. Focus will be on the physical, including breath, alignment & moving with awareness. And she'll also tap into the mental health benefits of yoga like stress relief, connection & compassion.
This will be a one hour class for teens only. Please bring a mat, towel & water.
Regular drop in class rate applies. You may also transfer a class from your series. Sorry, unlimited yoga series are not shareable.
