Four Agreements of February

Beth & Terry will lead a new program this winter with Don Miguel Ruiz's book The Four Agreements at the heart of it.  This influential book spent 7 years on the NYTimes best seller list because of its simple language highlighting ancient wisdom that reveals self-limiting beliefs.

Over the course of February, we explore how these limiting beliefs are active in our lives and how to transcend them in a practical way.  We approach the agreements through our bodies (yoga practice), our mind (meditation) and our heart (making a journey with similarly inspired travelers).   

Each week will focus on an individual agreement including:

  1. Be impeccable with your word
  2. Don't take anything personally
  3. Don't make assumptions
  4. Always do your best

with a specific yoga program, meditation lesson and group discussion designed for it.  

Our Saturday sessions together are 2 hours and include yoga practice of an hour (or more), meditation instruction and practice (15 -20 minutes) and group discussion.   Additionally, this month will focus on a plant-based diet and regular yoga practice of 4-5 times per week. 

To be your best self this March and beyond, join us for the Four Agreements of February.  The program will meet Saturdays in February Noon-2pm (2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25).
Program Fee is $225 which includes unlimited yoga for February as well as our Saturday group practice, meditation, and discussion.  Program fee without unlimited yoga is $120.
