Join Jill for a hands on workshop focusing on one of the most fundamental poses in vinyasa yoga - Chaturanga Dandasana.

We’ll break it down, test out modifications and use the wall, props & partners to explore refinement of this repetitious movement.

Jill brings her love of anatomy, her commitment to modifying poses to suit the student and her playful nature to help you explore this pose and its healthy place in a flow practice.
