Yin Yoga Class With Liz Vitell

It's a hit...Om's monthly Yin Class!    Come explore lingering holds & lots of surrender in a variety of floor poses.  Yin's intention is to relax and deliver deep stimulation to fascia, the biological tissue that holds us together.    

This class is very chill and has a restorative tempo to it.  But don't be fooled; long holds have their unique challenges, too. Consider this is an additional class option and know that your class series can be used or simply drop in.  Bring a pillow or bolster and enjoy the slow, passive pace of yin.  The heat is off but the studio is still warm.  Wear super-duper comfortable clothing.
