Our Yin classes have been so well recieved, we now have them scheduled every two weeks!
Yin's intention is to relax and deliver deep stimulation to fascia, the biological tissue that holds us together. To do this, Liz will guide you through a variety of floor poses with lingering holds and lots of surrender.
This class is very chill and has a restorative tempo to it. But don't be fooled...long holds have their unique challenges, too. Just come on by and know you can use your class series or simply drop in.
Bring pillows or a bolster or anything else that supports you. The heat is off but the studio is still warm.
