Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as 'yogic sleep', is a guided meditation that brings you into conscious awareness of each part of your body and leads you to effortless relaxation. Yoga Nidra is not about falling asleep. Rather, Yoga Nidra induces deep calm & inner awareness.
Liz V will guide you through Om's first-ever Yoga Nidra Class. This is a drop-in class so you can use your yoga series.
The heat will be turned off, but pleasantly warm. You'll be lying in savasana for the class so please bring a mat, pillow and blanket/wrap. Wear your comfiest clothes.
