Liz V leads a guided meditation while you are in savasana, resting with your pillows, eyes closed, warm room (not hot). Yoga Nidra is also known as “yogic sleep” and you will explore conscious, easy awareness of your whole being. Deep calm will be yours at the end of this 1 hour class.
This is a drop-in class or you can use your yoga series.
The heat will be turned off, but pleasantly warm. Please wear you comfiest clothes and bring a mat, pillow, bolsters or anything for your resting comfort.
