Down-dog 4 Dignity — A Yoga Benefit for Designs 4 Dignity

IMG_7306.jpg

Down-dog 4 Dignity is a one-of-a-kind charity yoga class to benefit Designs 4 Dignity.   We'll gather to practice at the spacious, spectacular Logan Square home of Diane Falanga, Board President of Designs 4 Dignity.   Om's very own Beth & Annie will teach & assist.  After getting our zen on with a one-hour all levels class, we’ll enjoy mimosas, coffee and a healthy bit of nosh.

This is a BYOM(at) event capped at 30 participants, so sign up soon to reserve your spot.

Donation $35.  Click here to register.

Location:  2436 W. Bloomingdale Avenue. This is accessible from the 606 Trail at the Artesian ramp and the Blue Line is  nearby.  Free, unzoned parking available on Bloomingdale.

Designs 4 Dignity's mission is to transform nonprofit environments through pro bono design services and in-kind donations. Event Co-chairs are Vanessa Slivinski and Diane Falanga. Please call Diane at 847-682-1791 with any questions or to learn more about their mission.
