It all began in 2002 on Valentine’s Day when Om on the Range Yoga Studio opened in the Lakeview neighborhood. Beth Range Kiely and Terry Kiely left their professional lives in the non-profit and corporate sectors and opened up a yoga studio near their Roscoe Village home. Their dream of retiring and becoming yoga teachers became a reality a few decades early!
Today, the studio has grown into a community of neighbors, friends and families that love yoga and find its benefits essential to deeper connection and peace. Our team of teachers are long-standing and committed and include Beth’s younger sister, Annie.
The studio is named in memory of Annie and Beth’s father – Charlie Range. He would love the name and really like that it is a welcoming and empowering place for all who wish to explore yoga in Chicago.
We are blessed to be here and we look forward to welcoming you to Om.
