Om on the Range is about exploring your possibilities. We are open to everyone, regardless of flexibility, fitness or background. We are non-competitive and encourage you to find your balance through breath and awareness. From the center, strength, presence and connection take root.
Our classes embody a Vinyasa Flow style that is fun, has some rigor and is all levels.
Please note that our indoor classes from October to May are in a warm studio space — The Space Community Studio — heated to the low/mid 80 degrees. These classes are listed on our online scheduler as Om in the Space. In the summer months of June to September, classes are held in our outdoor garden in the Roscoe Village neighborhood. These classes are listed on our online scheduler at Yoga in the Yard.
