SUMMER CAMP in the YOGA YARD

We've got a couple of pop-up Summer Camp mornings planned in our Roscoe Village Yoga Yard.  Our mornings will include meditation & mindful movement followed by an art-making project led by local yogini artists.   Our Summer Camp dates are:

Coffee, tea and healthy breakfast snacks will be served. Camp is from 8:30am to 11am and cost is $60 per camp session.  This will be a summer highlight for so many reasons. Please sign up for the session(s) you are interested in. 

SUNSET YOGA and HAPPY HOUR Summer Benefit for COMMON PANTRY

Ready for our inaugural Sunset Yoga Fundraiser up here in the North Center neighborhood? Our friends have helped reserved the perfect location overlooking the home of our event beneficiary -- Common Pantry— as well as the Chicago Skyline. Plan on an all-levels yoga class at 5:30pm followed by refreshments & nibbles served alfresco. Our co-hosts are longtime friends & neighbors Mariassunta Betti, Nancy Huetteman and Sharon Weinbaum. Bring your own mat, please. Suggested donation is $40 and every penny supports the pantry.  This is a rain or shine event.

SUMMER SOUND BATH in the GARDEN with ELLY KACE

Elly Kace and her singing bowls are coming back to Om this summer!  We will gather in the shady side yard on Sunday, August 10th at 4:30pm.  Plan on easy somatic movement followed by a deep chill. Elly is a delightful guide in the sound wellness arena.  Fee is $35 and pre-registration is appreciated.  

YOGA BENEFIT for LITTLE BROTHERS FRIENDS of the ELDERLY

Come get your yoga on with us & the Young Professionals Board at Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly (LBFE). They have a cool HQ at 355 N. Ashland and Beth will be leading Flow for a Cause yoga fundraiser there at 11am on 10/19.  Tickets are $30, and light refreshments will be available after class. For over 65 years, LBFE has been relieving isolation and loneliness among older adults in Chicago. This is gonna be a feel-good morning on many fronts!

YOGA NIDRA NIGHT at OM with KIRSTIN WELLS

Join Om yogi & yoga teacher Kirstin Wells as she leads us on a Yoga Nidra guided meditation on Sunday, November 9 from 4-5pm at The Space. Wear your comfiest clothes, bring a blanket and pillow and be prepared to lay on your mat while Kirstin guides us toward a state of conciousness between waking and sleeping.  Drop in is $25 or use your 5 class series.  Pre-registration is appreciated.  

SECOND ANNUAL HOLIDAY CHILL SOUND BATH with ELLY KACE

Elly is returning to lead us in a Winter Sound Bath on Thursday, December 11 at 6pm.  We'll be on the cusp of Winter and heading into the holiday season; this will be a perfect way to gather for some self-care in community.  Cost is $40 and you can register here.  This event booked quickly last year!
